RECEIVE YOUR PERMANENT GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL IN ABOUT 4 WEEKS

The EB-3 Visa is an employment-based Green Card solution that gives permanent resident status in the USA to foreign nationals who receive an offer of permanent, full-time employment from a qualified U.S. employer. Our firm, EB3 DIRECT, works with multiple employers in the USA to coordinate such qualifying offers of employ- ment exclusively for the immigration clients who retain our professional  services.

WHO CAN QUALIFY FOR AN EB-3  VISA?

The EB-3 Visa is available to all foreign nationals regardless of their country of origin or citizenship. There are no treaty status requirements, no language requirements,  no investment requirements and no educational requirements. The only require- ment is that the immigrant be willing and able to accept a full-time offer of employ- ment from a qualified U.S. employer.

WHAT TYPES OF JOBS ARE  AVAILABLE?

To accommodate people with different interests and skill sets, we work with several different U.S. employers that have jobs available across a wide range of unskilled employment  options.  By working with U.S. employers who offer jobs that require  no specialized skills or educational background, we are able to maximize the types    of employment opportunities that we can offer to the immigrant workers we  serve.

WHERE WILL I LIVE WHEN I ARRIVE IN  AMERICA?

The EB-3 Visa requires your future employer to obtain pre-approval from the U.S. government for the job that you will be doing once you  arrive in the USA. Part of   that approval process will include the description of a specified work site where your new job will be located. As a result, when you move to the USA you will need to live close enough to your sponsoring job for it to be practicable for you to work  there.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY GREEN   CARD?

Although the EB-3 Visa program has historically been subject to  lengthy backlogs  and long wait times, recent changes enacted by USCIS have substantially  reduced  the total processing time required from several years’ time to just a few months. Most EB-3 Visa applicants are now able to complete the process and immigrate to  the USA within about 6 - 9 months’ time.  And if you are already living in the USA as   a temporary resident, your total processing time will likely be even  faster.

HOW MUCH DOES IT  COST?

We often allow our clients to make installment payments for a large portion of our Professional Fees; however, we do require an initial retainer deposit so that we can cover at least some of the costs that we incur at the inception of each new  case.

HOW DO I START THE  PROCESS?

To begin the process of obtaining your Green Card, return a completed copy of our questionnaire, indicating the type and location of job you would  like to have from  the list of employment options we will provide you, sign a copy of our engagement letter, and return these materials to us with your initial deposit as described  above.
Once we receive your completed enrollment forms and have helped you select a specific position of employment from the options we have available, we will begin to do all that is necessary to help you obtain your Green Card as quickly as  possible.
